We worked with a small core team from CHS to design their 2006/2007 strategic planning process and applying Appreciative Inquiry throughout. This included team training in Appreciative Inquiry, development of an overall approach, a comprehensive environmental scan, and culminated in a 3-day planning retreat with 60 key stakeholders.
