Breakfast for Learning

Breakfast for Learning is the leading, national non-profit organization solely dedicated to child nutrition programs in Canada. The SuMo Experience was engaged to help BFL with their 2008/2009 strategic planning initiative, applying an appreciative inquiry approach that included the voices of BFL's many stakeholders.

"The SuMo Experience really helped Breakfast for Learning to focus our thinking during our strategic planning initiative in the midst of a complex and ever-changing environment. Rather than working through a traditional, same-old SWOT analysis, the "appreciative inquiry" approach made a significant difference in the outcomes and how people felt as a result.
